I have made lots of bread in the past, but for the most part would not want to mess with the yeast and rising times and stuff for rolls. I was wondering if the raspberry filling would work in the quick cinnamon rolls you had on here yesterday instead of cinnamon? I think I might try it!

Hi Annie! No, the thick raspberry filling will not work for the mini cinnamon buns I posted back in June. I assume those are the rolls you are referring to? The raspberry filling is much too heavy and needs a sturdy dough base.
