Attention all photographers, food photographers, wedding photographers, aspiring photographers, and folks interested in putting life back into your photos through editing.

Adobe Lightroom is a supreme editing and organization software for your photography. Lightroom makes everything about digital photography easier, from organizing to editing, and everything in between. I’ve been using it for 2 years. Every single photo on my blog has been through Lightroom editing. It puts the life back in my photos! Life that cameras just cannot capture on their own.

The best part?

Lightroom is SO easy to use. For the first month I got it, I didn’t even read the manual and dove right into editing my photos. It’s so easy, I understood what to do in minutes. Since then, I’ve obviously taken the time to learn my way around Lightroom.

Practically everything is controlled by dials you can play around with to obtain the photo you desire:

Here are some before & after of my photos, edited in Lightroom.

Favorite things to photograph? Landscapes, sunsets, and family.
I have 6 grown children, and adopted a newborn with my wife 8 years ago. With 7 children, 4 daughter in laws, and 12 grandchildren, there are always photo opportunities. I worked very long hours until I became disabled with a neurological disease in 2009 and missed so many captivating things in life. I’m now enjoying them through the lens of a camera.

I have found great pleasure and wonder in photographing my sons playroom. Macro photos of his favorite toys, the scenes of army men versus dinosaurs, his discarded origami projects, him playing and the joy in his eyes. I see a different world through his eyes.

Used to be the kids and grandkids, but since they are too far away to photograph them that often, I usually photograph flowers, wild life, and holiday foods.
