4 Weeks of Giveaways: Vanilla From Tahiti Gift Set

Sally's Baking Addiction Cookbook Recipe-2

Welcome to week #2 of my giveaway bonanza!

To bring you up to speed – I’m hosting 4 giveaways this month to celebrate Sally’s Baking Addiction Cookbook’s release. Thank you to everyone who has picked up a copy. I love hearing about all the new recipes you’re trying out. It sounds like the Glazed Lemon Loaf (page 5) has been popular!

Giveaway Week 2

A gift basket full of the very best Vanilla From Tahiti vanilla extract, vanilla beans, ground vanilla bean, and more. Besides butter, what is the most used ingredient in Sally’s Baking Addiction Cookbook and my blog? It’s vanilla! I couldn’t bake nearly 90% of my recipes without pure vanilla extract. If you want your baked goods to taste the very best, buy good quality vanilla.

Here’s a little baking tip: don’t splurge on fancy butter. I use store-brand butter or whatever’s on sale! Don’t waste money on expensive sugars, either. But please, please spend money on PURE vanilla. You’ll taste the difference, trust me.

Vanilla From Tahiti

Vanilla From Tahiti is simply the best and what I use almost exclusively in my recipes.

Hey, if the worlds most famous pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and gelato makers are using it – then it must be phenomenal, right? That’s why I included Vanilla from Tahiti in my giveaway bonanza. The BEST of the best. bUsing top-quality vanilla extract and vanilla bean in my Mini Vanilla Bean Cupcakes (page 139) makes a difference. They’re the perfect treat for springtime and Easter.

You’ll notice the pure vanilla flavor in my Vanilla Crepes with Nutella (page 28), too. This homemade crepe recipe uses 1 whole Tablespoon of pure vanilla extract. Vanilla to the max. Just how I love my crepes!

More recipe ideas for your fancy vanilla:

Just wait until you smell Vanilla from Tahiti’s fresh scent too. Can I bottle this up and wear it as perfume? I’ll smell like a vanilla cupcake and that’s 100% fine by me.

I’ve been wanting to try a vanilla bean ice cream for quite some time, but I’m too afraid to spend money on nice vanilla when I don’t know if I’ll like it that much better or not. This would be a nice risk-free way to try it!

I have always used pure vanilla when baking. It is a tradition that has been passed down through the generations in our family. The first thing I would use it in is my chocolate chip cookies.

Since I have never used real vanilla, not even a vanilla pod, the first thing I will bake with this vanilla, is with one of Sally’s Baking Addiction Book Recipes, as I am getting the book tomorrow. I am so excited!! Or maybe I will bake choc chip cake with it.. yummm my mouth is already watering…
