Autographed Cookbook + Handmade Apron Giveaway!

Sally's Baking Addiction Cookbook + Handmade Linen Apron Giveaway on sallysbakingaddiction.com-2

Happy Spring!

To celebrate the warm weather approaching, the flowers blooming, the birds chirping, and all the spring baking ahead – I’m giving away an autographed copy of my cookbook, as well as TWO beautiful handmade linen aprons from The Apron Shop.

I simply love these aprons – I own one in red.

Sally's Baking Addiction Cookbook + Handmade Linen Apron Giveaway on sallysbakingaddiction.com

When planning today’s cookbook giveaway, I knew I wanted to pair something useful along with it. I was thinking maybe a set of spatulas, some cookie sheets, another Williams-Sonoma gift card perhaps?

After giving it some thought one morning, I decided on an apron. You can’t get more useful than that in the kitchen. Especially an apron that is utterly gorgeous and well, matches your new cookbook.

The Apron Shop has aprons in all different colors from red and purple to orange and blue. When contacting them about this giveaway, I asked if they could design a pink one specifically for one of my readers. They graciously said yes. :)

Look how beautiful. I want a pink one for myself now.

Sally's Baking Addiction handmade apron giveaway

The Apron Shop has just added the pink apron to their shop so you can order one today if you do not win this giveaway.

A little more detail about your new apron…

The fabric is lightweight linen. You’ll hardly notice you even have it on! There are two front pockets and it ties at the neck. Looks like a cute little dress from the front!

Each apron is handmade by The Apron Shop’s team. You can see all of their attention to detail in each stitch. These photos don’t do it justice, trust me.

These high quality, beautiful aprons are the perfect Easter, Mother’s Day, wedding shower, or birthday gift. Truly perfect for any baker (um, or yourself) in your life!

My cookbook looks pretty darn good next to them, no?

Sidenote… have you made that cheesecake yet?!

Here it is close-up. Man oh man! I remember testing that recipe last summer. I spent an entire two weeks on cheesecake. Two weeks I’ll never get back. And two weeks I’ll never, ever forget. I hit the gym quite often after those two weeks. Worth it.

Cookies ‘n Cream Cheesecake – so rich, creamy, indulgent, and full of Oreos. And I try to decode “cheesecake cracking” for you in my little Sally Says section below the recipe.

There’s something in each section that I would try in a heartbeat – even the healthier options. However, it’s still Lent, I’m trying to be good and Easter is almost here – hot dog.

What I would probably go for first is…Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies.

My last comment was not accepted so here I am again, hoping to tell you which recipe I would try if I won a cookbook. I love anything lemon so it would have to be the Sugared Lemon Bars. Since I am a diabetic, I wonder if sometime you would consider making some healthy dessert items for those of us who should not be eating all these sweet things. I treat myself once in a rare while but it would be nice to have a couple of things that are healthy and acceptable for diabetics. Please think about it.

I was a newbie to your recipes just 1.5 weeks ago, and after making two of your cake and two frosting recipes for two of my kids’ birthday celebrations last week, I am hooked!!! Those cakes (a regular cake and a cookie cake) were moist, delicious, and everyone gobbled them up in no time!!

My son’s Christian preschool class (5 year olds) is having an “Easter” party this coming Thursday and of course, I always volunteer to make the desserts since I LOVE to bake…so my next recipe adventure will be to make your FROSTED SUGAR COOKIES in the shape of either a Cross or an Easter Egg, or both.

I am so looking forward to it!! Thank you for offering this giveaway to your fans! The aprons are adorable and the cookbook cover is SO inviting…what a perfect combo! :)

Because i live so far away (Philippines) and don’t always have access to your blog, I’ve been asking the local bookstores when will they be selling your cookbook. I already tried baking the Chewy brown sugar cookies. It’s so easy to make and all the ingredients are available in our local store. My kids and their friends love it. I will try the carrot cup cake next to make my kids eat their veggies and still enjoy their cupcake cravings and since my husband gifted me with carrot cake on our anniversary last March, I wanted to make my own carrot cake with your easy to follow recipe…..i so love your recipes with your easy to follow instructions and tips…

I already have the cookbook and have made 10 or so recipes from it! My favorite so far has been the mango muffins–instead of the cinnamon sugar sprinkle, I dipped them in butter and cinnamon sugar like you did with your nutella stuffed muffins. They were absolutely the best muffins I’ve ever had! (As a side note-I’m totally obsessed with your muffins, I have made almost half of the muffin recipes on your blog, and I always have some of them in my freezer!) My next recipe from your cookbook on my to-try list is the Salted Caramel dark chocolate cookies, I just bought the Rolos for them last night! If I win, I’m giving my copy of the cookbook to my friend, because I know she’d love it too!

No question I would probably make 90% of what is in your cookbook… the first would be the cookies and cream cheesecake!
I started with my baking addiction about 4 years ago, with cupcakes. I even sell them on the side now doing custom designs/decorations for people and events. I would always get recipes from pinterest and most of them where your cupcake recipes – except I really had no idea who “you” were. I just took the recipe and made it. When I look through my cookbook, at the top of the page, I always see “sally’s baking addiction” so today, I wanted to look for a new recipe and decided I would look at your page because I’m always so satisfied with your recipes.. they always turn out amazing! I learned that you live in Baltimore which is very cool because so do I! Thanks for all your amazing recipes, I can’t wait to keep making more!
