How will YOU be celebrating? 😉

  1. I already ate 4 peanut butter cookies today… And now I’m craving your GIANT Reese’s cookie! Although that would require buying Reese’s pieces. And I have no self-control with those. As I’ve probably mentioned before. So… I have a big predicament! 😉

  2. That first photo of you is too cute and totally awesome!

What an amazing way to celebrate peanut butter! I want all of these!! Seriously, every time I come and vist your little blog (which is at LEAST once a day) I find myself needing to make what ever you posted that day! Today there is so many! I am overwhelmed! In a good way, of course!

  3. Mmmm…all of those PB cookies look SO GOOD!

  4. Hello,
These recipes look absolutely deeeelish!!! Can’t wait to try them!
I was thinking about substituting coconut oil for butter when baking cookies… have you tried this and were you successful?

  5. Awesome list, as usual, and can make these with sunflower seed butter if you can’t fully celebrate National Peanut Butter day. 🙂

  6. My head is spinning. So much peanut buttery goodness! I had no idea there was a National Peanut Butter Day. Is there like a calendar somewhere that lists all the food holidays? I feel like I always miss out!

  7. I love the Mini Rainbow M&M Cookies with Peanut Butter Buttercream. Good idea Sally!!
    I’ll follow you every day!
    See you!

  8. YESSSS so much pb cookie goodness!

  9. Hey Sally! I am salivating just looking at these lovely recipes. I am going to make the S’more Peanut Butter Cookies or the Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies or the Peanut Butter Lovers’ Cookies tomorrow! I’ve baked so many goodies that I forced myself not to bake anything else today otherwise I would eat it all! I will definitely comment again after I bake one of your cookie recipes! I almost feel guilty for not having made some already. I feel like it’s my duty to report back to you 😉 This is unrelated to peanut butter 🙁 but how do you get the recipes from your posts to copy over into your recipes page? Is that a plugin?

    • Hi Maggie – I have to manually copy them over at this time. I am having a website redesign this summer which will take away from doing it manually, though. Enjoy all the peanut butter cookies you’re making today!!

  10. Have you been watching The American Baking Competition? Very interesting! I loved the hot pastry. I never heard of it before.

  11. Woah…I can’t believe you have that many Peanut Butter Cookie recipes. I have been all over coconut oil and chocolate chips cookies but I thinks its high time I throw some PB into the mix with all that inspiration

  12. Oh my gosh! I just made the soft-baked peanut butter swirl cookies and they ARE heaven on earth. WOW! No wonder I ate 3 plus some raw dough! I didn’t chill them at all and they didn’t spread so that was great! I did have to bake them a little bit longer though (more like 16-17 minutes than the 13 that you suggested). Could just be my oven though! My whole family loved them and we could have easily finished the entire batch. These are just perfect Sally. I wish I could offer some critique of them but I have none! I wouldn’t change a thing 🙂 I am thinking of posting a recipe review once a week and if I do, this will be the first recipe I review! Have a great week!

    • They are totally one of my favorite cookies, Maggie! I always have to chill the dough because they spread for me – so glad you could bypass that step. All ovens are different and I know I have to bake them 1 minute longer in my new oven. But sometimes just 13 mins. Can’t wait to see your review!

  13. National Peanut Butter Cookie Day? Man, I’m stealing your food holiday! Next year INTERNATIONAL peanut butter cookie day!

  14. Oh my gosh – pure peanut butter heaven!

  15. Hey Sally! I was just wondering do you have a favorite peanut butter cookie recipe?

  16. Have you tried the Peanut Butter M&M’s. They are sooooo good! =)

  17. Amazing! I am dying to try all of these peanut butter cookie recipes RIGHT NOW! They look soooo delicious!
