Diamond Nuts Giveaway

It’s the official Sally’s Candy Addiction book tour launch this week! I totally have butterflies in my stomach. I’ve been planning this tour for 6 months. And, in true form, waited until the very last minute to pack. I loathe packing. Don’t you? Or is unpacking worse? Yeah. It’s worse.

Anyway. My book tour actually began last week with a candy cooking demo (video recap here) and a few book signings in my hometown of Philly. Loved meeting so many readers who live in my area! And now I’m headed out for a 2 month tour around the country. This weekend: Seattle and Portland. Next week: Seattle again. Then Minneapolis and Denver. Then sleeping for 3 days straight before the next stop.

We love nuts at our house!  Diamond Nuts are the very best brand. Pecans are a favorite however we love them all. What a tasty difference when nuts are added to any candy, cookie, brownie, cake icing, salad!  We eat them for the health benefits as well. Thank you for this fantastic contest!

I love walnuts for baking and candy making, but pecans fall in as a close second. We love to snack on cashews, almonds and spiced walnuts and pecans. Honestly, I don’t think there is a nut that we don’t like!

Hi Sally!  It was so much fun to meet you last night!  You are just as sweet and adorable in person as I knew you would be!  I am so excited to try more recipes out of your cookbooks.  Good luck with writing the third one.  I know it will be a hit!

My husband enjoyed talking with Kevin.  When you guys go back to Pike Place Market, make sure you get the mini donuts, right around the corner from the Flying Fish Company.  The cinnamon sugar ones are the best!  Have fun in Seattle!

    xo Jessica
