I hope your Thanksgiving week is off to a productive start. I’m way behind (hi, real life), but I’m giving myself permission to not be perfect this holiday season. Remember? It’s all about enjoying the right now, so while we all spend approximately 12 hours in the kitchen today making pie and stuffing, let’s at least do it with a smile! Reaaaally not looking forward to all those dishes btw.

But right now I want to (1) show you a video we put together earlier this Fall and (2) give a mountain of cookbooks to you! First, the video. We had so much fun shooting this! I really wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about my cookbooks, the new paperback edition, my book tour, and upcoming book Sally’s Cookie Addiction. And, well, go on and on and on about cookies.

Writing cookbooks, and meeting so many of you through the process, has brought me so much joy. And I’d love to give you signed copies this holiday season!

  1. Soft-Baked Monster Cookies! So delicious!

  2. I am a big fan of making cake balls, especially during the holidays. The flavors range from simple vanilla and chocolate to more sophisticated pumpkin spice and peppermint. I am excited to try your Chocolate Mocha Peppermint cake recipe! I love decorating the balls as snowmen and ornaments during the holidays- the possibilities for decorating them are endless! Cake balls never disappoint, they are a crowd favorite for both taste and presentation every time!

    Happy Baking!

  3. Homemade cheesecake with graham cracker crust is what everyone requests for the holidays in my family. I would love to win your books & make so many of your desserts. Yum!
