June 2017 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Blueberry Lemon Icebox Cake
We focused on the creamiest cake of all: icebox cake. Or should I say… the easiest cake of all. I was so happy to read how many of you were pleasantly surprised at how simple icebox cakes are. If you know how to layer graham crackers and whipped cream, you know how to make icebox cake! I really admire some of your variations with different fruits + fillings, too. Totally trying raspberry next time.
