My dad’s homemade stuffing! He would make it every Thanksgiving! Dad never used a recipe, he was “old school” -you taste it and taste it and taste it until it was perfect! He passed at the age of 93 years old in 2011 but not before I watched and tasted and listened to him make his Thanksgiving stuffing.

My favorite Thanksgiving food is dressing! I love my dressing with mushrooms and sausage but my family prefers just plain dressing with celery. Either way yum!

Love pumpkin pie but I can’t eat the crust, it has to be gluten-free. I love to put lots of whipped cream on top of it. First you have to warm it up, then whipped cream. It just the yummyest.

My mom’s stuffing! It has sourdough bread, onions, celery, apricots, prunes, chestnuts, and broth. Yum! It’s so good I had her make it at my potluck wedding in May 🙂

Pumpkin Pie! It’s a must at Thanksgiving! My grandmother taught me how to cook when I was little and I love making recipes she taught me when I was little. She passed away 6 years ago right after Thanksgiving, so cooking her recipes are bittersweet.
