July 2017 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Homemade Cherry Pie

We tackled completely from scratch and homemade cherry pie in July. No shortcuts here! We used real ingredients and fresh fruits that you can truly taste and appreciate. I am absolutely delighted to see that so many bakers participated this month– conquering fears of from-scratch pie crust, ditching that canned cherry filling, and having fun in the process. Your creative lattice work and crust detail is seriously impressive!
