June Baking Challenge Results
June 2022 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Peanut Butter Filled Brownie Cookies. We’re seeing swirls! My team and I were thrilled to see so many entries during the month of June, typically a time when bakers aren’t in the kitchen as much. I think these brownie cookies were simply too hard to resist, right? 🙂 Many participants mentioned they found a new favorite cookie trying this one, which is definitely a major success (and compliment!).

Made a double recipe- and used my 15 inch pizza stone… should’ve known better! well my oven needs a good cleaning!- but the pizza still was delicious!
This was such an easy and refreshing recipe! Short bake time so it didn’t heat up the kitchen in this summer heat.
The ingredients were simple and everything came together easily thanks to a good recipe and video.
I served this by the pool during a swim party. Everyone had seconds and asked for the recipe!
Hi! Can I use a chocolate cookie for this and top with things besides fruit and it still work for the baking challenge?
Hi Reagan! You can use a chocolate cookie base, but we’d like for it to still be decorated with fruit so it counts as a fruit pizza. However, you could also skip entering the challenge and top it however you’d like!
Great recipe! We made a flag design with blueberries and strawberries for the 4th of July… will definitely make this again!
