My assistant and I keep track of your photos and randomly select a winner at the end of the month. This giveaway is open to the whole world. Giveaway ends on June 29th 2019.

How to Join Sally's Baking Challenge

  1. Recipe: On or around the 1st of each month, I publish a new challenge recipe. Sign up for instant email updates so you’re alerted as soon as a new challenge recipe is published!
  2. Bake & Comment: Bake the recipe during that month, then come back and comment on the recipe and tell me how it went.
  3. Share: Share your photos using #sallysbakingchallenge on Instagram or email me, tweet me, or upload a photo of your recipe to my Facebook page or Facebook group. By sharing your photo, you are automatically entered in that month’s giveaway, which is usually an Amazon $250 gift card. For a bonus entry, leave a review on the challenge recipe. May Baking Challenge: Scones

Can you believe May is over? This past month’s baking challenge was dedicated to homemade scones. And when I say dedication, I’m talking about over 1,000 of you! Each new month brings more and more participants. It’s truly wonderful to see thousands of bakers unite with 1 recipe. Several of you had never made scones before and I was thrilled to watch you try something new. You had the option of choosing your own flavor and your creativity certainly shined. Some of my favorites were jalapeño cheddar scones, maple cranberry pecan scones, and mint chocolate chunk scones.

Thank you for making these challenges so fun and successful. They would be nothing without you! We gathered as many scone photo entries as we could and included them below. (Email is the best way to guarantee your photo will be included!)
