October 2019 Baking Challenge: Caramel Apples
October is the unofficial month of CANDY! Last year, we focused on pumpkin spice toffee and this year, it’s all about apples… on a stick! The caramel apples recipe is a little different from the version in Sally’s Candy Addiction and I know you’ll love them. A candy thermometer guarantees success, so feel free to pick one up if you don’t have it in your collection already. I recommend either of these. I also recommend sticks anywhere between 5.5 – 7 inches. (I usually use these sturdy wooden sticks, which double as little skewers.)

September Baking Challenge: Homemade Cheese Bread
September days call for homemade savory cheesy bread, am I right? Well, you did it! You made bread! For many readers, this was the first time ever baking homemade bread. And I hope you’re incredibly proud of yourself. The cheese bread is one of the best breads I’ve ever had, homemade or not, so if you haven’t tried it yet– DO IT NOW!
