cookbook cover giveaway

Writing cookbooks, and meeting many of you through the process, has brought me so much joy. We’re wrapping up my next cookbook which will be published this September, but in the meantime– let’s celebrate where it all started. 3 years ago this week, Sally’s Baking Addiction cookbook was released. Still to this very day, it’s my baby. My pride and joy. My favorite collection of recipes!

This past Fall, I added 8 additional recipes to the NEW paperback version of the book. Before it was only available as a hard copy, but now it is available as both. These 8 new recipes are all COOKIES! You still have all 75 original recipes, but now there is an expanded cookie chapter. (YAY!) If you already own a hard copy, you can purchase those 8 bonus recipes as an eBook right this way. Want to see my favorite recipes from Sally’s Baking Addiction cookbook?

  3. I would love to try all of your recipes!
I do not own any of your books yet. I definitely will make the cookie on the cover which includes cake mix. They look fun for any occasion. I used to bake a lot but kind of got away from it until this winter. Now I love it bc it is relaxing…and my kids enjoy it too. Thanks for your recipes…

  4. Oh my, the Nutella stuffed cinnamon sugar muffins will be my first of many to try! Then the brown sugar apple bread, then…

  5. Hi from New Zealand! Oooo this book looks so good. I think I’d have to make the Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies first, followed by the Salted Caramel Sauce. All the recipes look so darn good! 🙂

  6. Brown Sugar Marble Pound Cake just sounds so comforting – gotta give it a try (thinking big cup of steaming coffee, slice pound cake, tapping away at the computer while it snows (yes, snow & -16C here tomorrow night 🙁 LOL). On the brighter side, noticed the local Wal-mart has just stockpiled their sacks of garden soil – so spring can’t be far away, right?!?

  7. The Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie will be perfect alongside cinnamon-raisin-walnut bread for breakfast..I could even add in, or on top, some blueberries. Yum!

  8. Omg there is so much to choose from as to what I would make first! But what caught my eye was the rainbow chocolate chip cookies and pretzel peanut butter cups. Who doesn’t like colorful chocolate chip cookies?! I would definitely make those first and then pretzel peanut butter cups because I am obsessed with peanut butter! I especially love pretzels and peanut butter, what a tasty concoction to satisfy my craving of sweet and salty.

  9. Cookies and cream over everything! Would definitely be making the cookies and cream cheesecake. Thank you Sally for making a great cookbook for all of is to make and try new and awesome desserts!

  10. I’ll be making the sunshine lemon cupcakes! I’m a college student and I love baking for my friends. My roommate loves sweet treats so this will be for her!

  11. I love peanut butter so I would am intrigued to try the frozen peanut butter banana pie!!! 😀

  12. Hi Sally, Jennifer here living in Singapore. Living in the city here with many social events that I go to and personally organize, I’ve always looked to your website to bake something for my friends – it is my usual cheat way to get out of bringing a bottle of wine (because it is sooooo expensive here). I am not a pro-baker but people seem to think that I am when I bring Red Velvet Cupcakes and Red Velvet Cake because the texture is incredibly moist!! I share with them that it’s no secret, just check out Sally’s Baking Addiction!

I ventured into my next challenge to make your Apr 2013 post on Triple Chocolate Cake (ended-up being a double) for Xmas last year, which was another hit!

My next challenge (when I win your book!)… it’s definitely going to be the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake, which I’d like to perfect for my 30th birthday party!!!

Whether I win or not, it is an honor to finally e-meet and put your website to a face and your voice!! You have definitely won many people’s heart and helped us learn to be better in baking!

  13. Hey Sally, congratulations on the third birthday of Sally’s Baking Addiction Cookbook! I have tried your homemade pizza dough recipe and can vouch for the quality of your recipes and precision of your writing! If I get a copy of your books, I will actually make 2 things first: Mighty Mango Muffins and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie.
