Fill in all required information. No more than one entry per person per Entry Period during the Giveaway Period is permitted. Entries submitted only apply to the Entry Period in which they are submitted, so You will need to enter separately each giveaway’s Entry Period if you want to participate in that giveaway. ELIGIBILITY: Open to members of the Sally’s Baking Community who are residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date of your entry, except for employees of Sally’s Baking Addiction LLC (“Sally’s Baking“) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties“), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. You do not need to be a member of the Sally’s Baking Community as of the beginning of any Entry Period and can join at any time during the Giveaway Period or Entry Period, but must be a member before you submit your entry. Void where prohibited.
DRAWING: Following the end of each Entry Period during the Giveaway Period, Sally’s Baking will conduct a random drawing to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 3 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sally’s Baking. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sally’s Baking shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Aggregate prize value for the duration of the Giveaway: US $3,526.00. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
