Let’s Review the July Baking Challenge

July 2018 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Apple Hand Pies

From heart-shaped rhubarb hand pies to blueberry lemon, lavender blackberry, and cherry star hand pies, you ROCKED this challenge. This month marked the highest participation in a baking challenge yet! Many of you conquered a fear of pie crust and came out of July feeling confident and satisfied, all while having a lot of fun. That’s the goal for the entire baking challenge series!

One of my favorite recipe reviews came from reader Melissa:

“I made these today and they are so delicious! My family loves them and I know I’ll be making these again in a week or two! Thanks so much Sally! Another perfect recipe!”

We gathered as many apple hand pies photo entries as we could and included them below.
