June 2018 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Brownie Baked Alaska
As the temperatures heat up, cool down with homemade baked Alaska– made with a brownie base and creamy marshmallow meringue topping. I approached baked Alaska in a completely unconventional way, preparing both a large brownie baked Alaska for a big group and mini brownie baked Alaskas for a smaller setting.

- Send: Share your recipe photo with us via email: [email protected]. By emailing your recipe photo, you are automatically entered in the giveaway. For a bonus entry, leave a review on the challenge recipe. Instagram direct messages are hard to track, so please email your recipe photo instead. Feel free to share on social media using #sallysbakingchallenge and tagging me (@sallysbakeblog), but the only way to guarantee you are in the running is sending your entry via email.

May 2018 Sally’s Baking Challenge Recipe: Classic Cheesecake
This month, I provided you with a classic cheesecake recipe but put the creativity in YOUR hands. You filled, garnished, and served cheesecake many different ways and I’m floored with your presentations. Oh my gosh the flavors– key lime cheesecake, white chocolate blueberry cheesecake, mint Oreo cheesecake, salted caramel turtle cheesecake, raspberry lime cheesecake, and so many more! My mind is racing with which one I’ll try first.
