If you enjoy sipping your produce in the form of a refreshing smoothie, you’ll find this list wonderfully useful. Whatever you’re in the mood for– mango, chocolate, coconut, you name it– chances are there’s a smoothie recipe here for you. You could essentially try a new one each day!

Smoothies are a popular snack, beverage, or meal replacement. They’re refreshing, taste amazing, are so simple to make, plus they’re usually pretty nutritious and satisfying.

Every Great Smoothie Starts with a Great Blender

To process a smoothie’s ingredients into a smooth consistency, you need a high-powered blender. There are many on the market and we’ve tested our fair share. Here are some of our recommendations and at the time of publishing this, they are at different price points:

  1. This blender is pretty versatile and works as a food processor or chopper, too.
  2. The Vitamix is the gold standard when it comes to blenders. It’s pricey, but has no problem breaking down even the hardest foods.
  3. We haven’t tried this particular blender, but it has thousands of great reviews.
  4. This blender is fantastic quality for its price.

Favorite Smoothie Recipes

  1. BERRY (pictured above) – Blend 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 handful frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 small banana, and 1/4 cup oats until smooth.
  2. PINEAPPLE ALMOND (pictured below) – Blend 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1 large frozen banana, 2/3 cup almond milk, and 1 heaping Tablespoon almond butter until smooth.
  3. Glowing Skin Smoothie
  4. Berry Purple Power Smoothie – Simple, creamy, berry-centered, no banana.
  5. Coffee Smoothie – Add some cocoa, oats, and flaxseed to supercharge your morning coffee.
  6. Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
  7. Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie
  8. Berry Green Smoothie
  9. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
  10. Peachy Green Smoothie

    Sally…I really like this list of smoothies and your idea of freezing cut fruit when it is fresh and in season. How do you store this in the freezer? Portion size, or just bagged? What is the best way to freeze fruit? I usually end up with a watery, soggy mess. Particularly, the bananas, pineapple, mango, strawberries. Thanks!

    1. The bananas- peel them first then cut into chunks and freeze. For the rest, just cut when ripe and freeze into bags. I don’t individual portion them out.

  2. Oh, I can’t wait to try these! I mainly go strawberry banana with flaxseed oil, vanilla protein powder, greek yogurt and a handful of baby spinach!

  3. Just wanted to let you know that I love this smoothie list. My back-to-school goal was to make a smoothie for my kids every morning to walk to school with. An there one appeared your list in my e-mail. I have been making a different one every day know for the past two weeks! Mango Tango has been a favorite! Thanks, Sally for helping me meet my goal of a school year of healthy foods!
