Strawberry Banana Smoothie

These milkshakes are a non-recipe recipe. All you’re doing is blending three ingredients together! But it’s incredible how amazing they taste considering how easy they are to make. Simple, fresh, healthy ingredients make the best milkshakes and smoothies.

I always feel good drinking these. 3 ingredients, 5 minutes, done.

  1. Quick question – does the banana whip or the strawberry smoothie have a banana taste? One of my daughters isn’t a banana fan. The recipe looks delicious, though!

    1. Yes, you can definitely taste bananas in both.

  2. I am on a calorie controlled diet and have lost 10 pounds in 16 days so far. could someone help me to find out how many calories are in these shakes cause they taste so good!!!

    1. Hi Laura – it’s easy to calculate these calories. Just add the calories in a banana, strawberries, and the milk. Feel free to look those up online.

  3. I had the strawberries frozen as well- whoops! The smoothie was delicious, and I ended up with strawberry chunks along with blended smoothie
