Please, you have a chocolate/coffee cake that looked perfect for my coffee addicted family. It was very chocolate, and with lots of coffee. I cannot locate it in the video. Thank you
Hi Mary, was it our espresso chocolate chip layer cake by chance? We also use coffee in our chocolate cake, but just as a way to enhance the chocolate flavor (that cake doesn’t actually taste like coffee).
I baked last night the Banana Cake and it is Just delicious. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Hello Sally, I came across an article about powdered butter and just had to ask. Are you familiar with this and have you ever tried it for baking? I have never heard of this before and am just curious how this would affect the texture or flavor of baked goods.
Hi Mabel! We haven’t tried baking with powdered butter, so we’re unsure of the impact it would have on our recipes. Sorry we can’t provide more insight here!
For the Lemon Strawberry Crumb Bars Can i use the frozen shredded butter to mix like with the scones or do I need to cube it with forks (I do not have a pastry cutter or large enough cuisinart to mix.
Either way would be fine!
Cake is absolutely my favorite food! All kinds of cake from the simplest soft cookies to a heavily fruited Christmas or Easter simnel cake. I’m working my way through your recipes & your Snickerdoodles are the best ever!
