These quick and easy 1 bowl breakfast cookies will become your new favorite healthy breakfast. Customize these to your preferences with my substitution ideas.
Baked Oatmeal Cups
My baked oatmeal cups are just like baked oatmeal in muffin form (use certified GF oats). These oatmeal cups are a little more solid and sturdy than the creamy baked oatmeal, so they’re awesome as a portable breakfast or snack.
Blueberry Almond Power Muffins
Homemade blueberry almond power muffins are a mega flavorful feel-good food. Made with oats (use certified GF oats), greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, blueberries, and not much else. They’re best right out of the fridge with a slather of almond butter on top.
140 Calorie Cheesy Sausage Quiche
Start your day with a generous slice of healthy, protein-packed cheesy sausage quiche. This crustless quiche is healthy, satisfying, and prepared in one pan. (For a vegetarian version, try my crustless veggie quiche.)

Coconut Macaroons
Homemade coconut macaroons (and strawberry coconut macaroons) are sweet, moist, and chewy on the inside with a delightfully crisp exterior. They’re made with simple ingredients and are naturally gluten free cookies.
Berry Streusel Bars
These easy healthy berry streusel bars combine two layers of almond oat streusel and one thick layer of berry filling. By skipping the butter, egg, and other dairy ingredients, these dessert bars are vegan. If using certified gluten free oats, they’re gluten free as well!
Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies
You can use homemade almond butter in these 6 ingredient dark chocolate almond butter cookies. They’re quick, easy, and ultra fudgy– a chocolate lover’s dream. (Confession: these are in my top 5 favorite cookies. No lie– they’re VERY good!)
Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Give your oven a break and whip up a batch of these 7 ingredient chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies. This family favorite recipe is super simple. I make these peanut butter chocolate no-bake cookies more than any other cookie recipe on my website! Make sure to use certified GF oats.

Talk about indulgence! In this butterscotch pudding recipe, you’re combining the outstanding flavors of caramelized brown sugar and butter with vanilla and a splash of bourbon. It’s luxuriously creamy, velvet-rich, and totally unforgettable with salted caramel and fresh whipped cream on top.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
This dark, rich, and deliciously moist flourless chocolate cake is a 1 bowl cake recipe. No special tools, decorating, or assembly required. It’s chocolate cake MADE EASY!

Creme Brûlée
Flecked with espresso and flavored with pure vanilla, this is my favorite crème brûlée recipe. You only need 6 ingredients for the smoothest, creamiest dessert ever.
Pavlova
Naturally gluten free pavlova is light and sweet with a unique texture. It’s chewy-crisp on top, soft and marshmallow-y inside, and has crunchy texture around the edges– three different textures in one bite! Top with fresh berries, lemon curd, or whipped cream.
Greek Yogurt Fruit Tart
This beautiful Greek yogurt fruit tart is made with a gluten free two ingredient crust, protein packed Greek yogurt, and plenty of fresh fruit. Serve this healthy wholesome option for breakfast or dessert!

Slow Cooker Chicken Chili
This creamy and mildly spicy slow cooker chicken chili is our family’s staple dinner recipe. It freezes well and leftovers keep for days. There’s no pre-cooking or complicated prep required, so it’s a true “set it and forget it” crockpot meal.
Pepperoni Pizza Dip
Lightened-up pepperoni pizza dip is loaded with your favorite toppings and comes together in minutes. It’s everything we love about traditional pizza– minus the crust!

Most of my Sally’s Candy Addiction cookbook recipes are gluten free– you don’t need flour to cook candy recipes! Most of my candy recipes section is gluten free as well.
I am hoping you have a gluten free cake recipe or cupcake recipe—basic, nothing fancy, but I can’t find one by searching the gluten free section or search bar. Any recommendations?
Hi Anne, have you tried our flourless chocolate cake? It’s naturally gluten free — and one of our favorites! Let us know if you give it a try.
I just made the greek yogurt fruit tart and was blown away by how good the crust is! Your recipes never disappoint, thanks for sharing this list!
I have made some of your recipes using gluten free all purpose flour mix-it usually has the Xantheum gum and other thickners pre-added. I have noticed that on some of the recipes the gluten free flour is dryer in general-especially on some of the cookie recipes I have made. Usually I have to add more milk or some other form of liquid and it almost comes out right. Although, the texture isn’t quite on point.
Sally, thank you so much for the gluten free recipes. I’m very sorry about Jude! Can’t wait to see the new baby!
Hi Lynda,
Thank you so much for the kind note. I truly appreciate it! You can meet the newest addition to our family in my Sweetest Baby Sister blog post.
Hope you enjoy these gluten free recipes!
Thanks for your quick response concerning gluten free recipes.. I made a fresh peach lattice pie this wkend for a birthday party. It wasn’t as perfect and beautiful as yours but wasn’t bad either. I plan to practice more. I am a great grandmother and still learning. Thank you so much!!!
I have had great results substituting all purpose flour with 2/3 almond flour 1/3 coconut flour. I make no other changes, and it works fantastically and tastes delicious. I’ve done it with her carrot cake and banana bread, both turned out great.
Are these gluten free recipes in your cookbook?
Hi Leah! No, they aren’t– my cookbook recipes are exclusive to my books. But most of the recipes in Sally’s Candy Addiction are naturally gluten free.
Thank you for the gluten free recipes Sally. I’m an avid baker who recently found out I can’t have gluten. This helps soften the blow. Wishing you all the best!
Hope you find some recipes in this list that you love, Kristy!
I’ve made the butterscotch pudding, pavlova, and slow-cooker chicken chili. All amazing recipes, the pavlova especially (I’ve made it three or four times now for guests, and everyone has raved about it)! I don’t normally eat gluten-free, but when we have a guest who’s gluten intolerant, it’s great to have a few recipes on hand that they can enjoy too. So this list is the perfect resource! Thanks, Sally and team! 🙂
Hi Erin! So happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed some of my gluten-free recipes already. Would love to hear if you give any others a try!
Hi Sally – love all of your recipies. Sort of an off-topic question but do you have a recommendation for a double wall oven that is good for baking. Am remodeling my kitchen and want to ensure the wall oven I get is good for baking.
Hi Patricia, Sally prefers electric ovens for baking and she really loves her Thermador ovens. You can see more of her kitchen on this Kitchen Remodel post.
Hi Maria, For a bread recipe it is difficult to substitute gluten free flour without making any other changes to the recipe. Gluten free flour does not have the same properties as bread flour.
I have been gluten free (celiac disease) for 30 years. Every recipe of your site that I have made substituting a gf flour blend with xanthan gum, turns out perfect.
I’m glad to hear you’ve had success making some of my recipes gluten-free…thanks for reporting back!
Hi there, do you mind sharing your favorite GF Flour with Xanthan Gum? My MIL is celiac and has an egg allergy and an almond allergy…I like to make special stuff for her. Knowing you have had great success makes me want to try your fav. GF flour.
Thank you for these recipes. I did end up making your Chocolate Zucchini cake (not GF) with Krusteaz GF flour and it turned out great.
Thank you for your gluten free recipes! It is so important that these are available for those in need. Always looking to make those people feel like they can eat normally!
